Disney Did You Know: Candy Canes

Did you know,

The Disneyland Candy Cane production has been a tradition for over 35 years!

The cook time is about 30 minutes to an hour, each batch of candy canes take about 2 hours to produce, and one batch only makes 40-45 candy canes. Due to the long process, only three batches are produced a day!

It takes a team of 3 Candy Masters to produce each batch of candy cane in a  heat sealed  kitchen at 90- 100º the jobs are:ku1ltz-b78579243z-1.120091202124707000glsl5t5f.1.jpg
