Blogmas Day 17/25: Jessica Rabbit Hot Cocoa

Here is a Disney recipe that I’m sure you’ll love especially for the holiday season. So lets get started.




Cream cheese whipped cream:

1/2 cheavy whipping cream

4 oz. cream cheese (softened)

1/2 c granulated sugar

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Red velvet hot chocolate:

4 c whole milk

1/4 c granulated sugar

1/2 c se,i-saweet chocolate chips

2 tsp. red food coloring

1 tsp. vanilla extract



Cream cheese whip cream:

In a mixer  whisk the heavy whipping cream until it starts to form soft peaks. Switch to low speed and gradually increase speed to high than set aside.

In the mixer switching to the paddle attachment mic together cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla on low speed until combined.

Fold in the whip cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined than place in the fridge until your ready to use.

Red velvet hot cocoa:

In a medium size sauce pan bring milk and sugar to a simmer stirring until the sugar is dissolved.

Remove from hear and whisk in chocolate chips until melted.

Mix in the food coloring and vanilla extract.

Pour into a mug and top it off with your cream cheese whipped cream add a candy cane or crushed candy cane to the top to finish it off.
