Disney MaxPass?!

Things are changing for the Disneyland FP system!

Matterhorn and Toy Story Midway Mania will now have fast pass which honestly i am so excited. I can now ride Toy Story without the hours in line.

Now Disney MaxPass will now allow you to book and redeem your FP on the Disneyland App for $10.00 a day which include unlimited downloads of your Disney photos for that day, now AP holders like myself can purchase this on a daily or yearly basis. If you dont want to spend $10 a day you are still able to walk over to FP kiosk and get a paper FP which is great.

This brings up so many questions and concerns for me this is the first time Disney’s first time charging for a FP! Now stating Disney from their blog they say “Disney MaxPass will be available for an introductory price of $10” so this means if its successful the price is going to go up and this could be the start of Disney charging for all FP…which I’m not a fan of.

Photopass…so why is Disney adding on Photopass to a FP? For the AP holders who already get Photopass with their AP it doesn’t make sense for AP holders to purchase the MaxPass because now were paying for something we already have…

There are so many unanswered questions..can we get FP for our party? or does everyone have to download it themselves? Can you only pick three passes at a time? Will AP holders have their own MaxPass? How much would it be? Will it be a special pass? There are so many questions right now, but i did hear that you can’t book them in advance, you have to be in the park and talk that AP’s have a chance of having their own.
