25 Days of Christmas 2017: Day 8

Peppermint spoons are perfect for the Peppermint Caramel Hot Chocolate. They melt away in the drink adding a nice refreshing pepperminty taste. So here is how you make them!



  • Silicone spoon mold
  • Peppermint candy canes
  • Food processor


  1. Preheat the oven to 300º
  2. Grind up the candy canes in the food processor
  3. Fill up the molds with crushed candy canes
  4. Put them in the oven for 10 minutes
  5. Let cool and carefully take the spoons out of the mold


You can dip them in chocolate or leave as is like I do when I make them for myself or my family. They are a cute way to make your drink into a festive one!
