Listening Party with Army!

Last night BTS released their new song Take Two. We decided to listen to it together, BUT since all my Army friends were off today, we got together and had a listening party. From 8 am until about 4 pm, we were together listening to this song. In case you didn’t know, we are completely obsessed. We cried, we laughed, and we, of course, discussed. This song is so good, and I am so excited that I live in a time where I have friends who genuinely love the same songs I do.

Since it was a listening party that started in the morning, we had a buffet of breakfast foods, and some of us even tried Hobi’s concoction from one of the episodes in Bon Voyage S4 E3, where He makes his Golden Toast. A piece of bread toasted, butter, jam, scrambled eggs, and two slices of bacon. I’m not a massive fan of eggs, so I did everything else. It was delicious.

Aside from listening and discussing the song, we also handed out gifts because we are nerds and ALWAYS have things for each other—this time, I gave them a crocheted purple whale that I recently made. We also had photo cards, posters, bracelets, and stickers, just the essential freebies. It was so much to be in their presents, and although I was tired, I got a lot of energy from them. It was the PERFECT recharge.
