Happy Summerween Day 4!

Today is Manga Day! I will be reading The Drifting Classroom; I am excited to see how far I can get with volume one, this book on the Kindle App is 744 pages, so a pretty chunky book, but that’s okay because I can’t see the actual thickness of the book.

The Drifting Classroom vol. 1 by Kazuo Umezz:

Out of nowhere, an entire school vanishes, leaving nothing but a hole in the ground. While parents mourn and authorities investigate, the students and teachers find themselves not dead but stranded in a terrifying wasteland where they must fight to survive.

I am a little over 100 pages in, and wow! I am in heaven or hell, depending on how you want to look at it. This is a horror manga with a balance of reality and science fiction, apocalyptic feels. I am enjoying it, but I will need a couple of days to finish it, but I am excited to see how far I can get tomorrow.
