Happy Summerween Day 5!
The Drifting Classroom is LIFE right now. I am enjoying it so much. It gives me so many great spooky vibes, and I feel that. I have gotten over 300 pages, and I love every page. It is exciting and suspenseful; the artwork may seem outdated to most, but it adds to its charm. I love the artwork and the writing style. Now that I am home, the pup is fed and cleaned up. We will grab our favorite blanket and head to the porch to read some more with a hot cup of tea.
The Drifting Classroom has three volumes and the first volume was published in 1972, it tells the story of sixth-grader Sho, who has a bitter fight with his mother before leaving for school one morning; later that day, his entire school vanishes in a violent earthquake, transported to a mysterious desert.
