Puppy Pumpkin Pancakes
Of course the pups get a special breakfast during spooky season. They love pumpkin and they love pancakes so we are going to make them Pumpkin Pancakes but in the shape of ghosts and pumpkins! Let’s get started.
Ingredients:
- 1 C pumpkin puree
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 C flour
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Honey (optional)
Directions:
- In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together until smooth and well combined
- Turn the grill or non stick pan and add a little coconut oil to your pan
- Add pancake mix to your pan and wait about 4 minutes before flipping (depends on how thick your pancake is)
- When they are done this is where I use my cookie cutters and cut out the shapes for the pups
I still cut up their pancakes after taking a picture of them because I think they are so adorable. I like to add a small drizzle of honey to because they are loved. They absolutely love and go crazy for these and we make sure to pack up some of the batter to drop off to our puppy cousins and friends.
