Voodoo Doll Amigurumi
Tis the season to be spooky. I love making these mini voodoo doll amigurumi’s they are so adorable, simple and fast.
- SC – Single Crochet
- CH – Chain
Foot 1:
- R1- Magic Ring – 6
- R2 – increase in each (12)
- R3 – SC in each
- R4 – SC in each
- R5 – SC in each
Foot 2:
- R1- Magic Ring – 6
- R2 – increase in each (12)
- R3 – SC in each
- R4 – SC in each
- R5 – SC in each
- R6 – CH 2 and slip stitch into any spot on foot 1. 2 SC into the chain. 12 SC in foot 2. 2 SC in the back loops of the CH (28)
- R7-13 – SC in each all the way around.
- R14 – (5SC, 1 Decrease) repeat around
- R15 – (4SC, 1 Decrease) repeat around
- R16 – (3SC, 1 Decrease) repeat around
- R17 – (5SC, 1 Decrease) repeat around. Fasten Off
Arms:
- R1 – MR – 5
- R2 – Increase in each
- R3 – R5 – SC in each
- R6 – (3SC, Decrease) 2x
- R7 – R8 SC in each
- Stuff
- R9 – Flatten and 4SC across the top going through both sides
- Fasten off and leave tail for sewing
Sew both arms to the body. Wherever you think it works. I attach them to in between rows 16 and 17.
Head:
- R1 – MR 6
- R2 – Increase in each (12)
- R3 – (sc, inc) repeat around
- R4 – (2sc, inc) repeat around
- R5 – (3sc, inc) repeat around
- R6 – (4sc, inc) repeat around
- R7 – R12 SC in each
- R13 – (4sc, dec) repeat around
- R14 – (3sc, dec) repeat around
- R15 – (2sc, dec) repeat around
Sew on details such as eyes and mouth. Whatever you would like to bring your voodoo doll to life. Once it’s done stuff your head and fasten off before attaching your head to the body. I hope your voodoo dolls came out spooky and adorable.
