Bookish Gift Guide!

I absolutely LOVE reading and thankfully, reading is kind of in the family. Specifically, two of my younger cousins are avid readers and we share a lot of bookish things with each other. I thought it would be fun to share some of our gift ideas.

Physical Bookish Things:

  • Gift Cards!
    • To their favorite bookstore.
  • Book Light
    • One of my cousin uses this every all the time.
  • Book Marks
    • There are so many different types of and you can match with the books they are reading or they like or the music and aesthetic they like as well.
  • Highlighters
    • If your reader loves to annotate their books highlighters are a must. My cousins and I use these ones. We absolutely LOVE the way they look.
  • Sticky Tabs
    • Again, if your reader loves to annotate these are also going to be your best friend.
  • Pens
    • We absolutely LOVE Muji pens and for the younger one she says she loves these like her older cousins BUT we know she actually loves the Shuttle pens
  • Book Sleeves
  • Thumb Page Holder

Ereader Bookish Things:

  • Gift Cards!
    • If they have a kindle or iPad, get them a gift card to their preferred store.
  • Stickers
    • Stickers are a fun way to decorate your ereader! I have a bunch of stickers on my iPad Mini and they bring me so much joy.
  • Pop Socket/Hand Strap
    • This will take the relief off of your hand.
  • Remote Control Page Turner
    • When you are reading in bed and prop up your ereader and you are just way too comfy to turn the page, this will come in handy! My grandma and mom use it all the time.
  • Book Sleeves
    • If you checked out the links above you would have seen that mine is an ereader book sleeve and I absolutely LOVE it and use it all the time.
  • Stand
    • This is the one that I have and it is expensive BUT I absolutely love it. When I am not reading I put my ereader on the stand and it looks great and completely safe.

Cozy Bookish Things:

My cousins and I love being cozy and comfy when we read. So this is everything that we personally love using/wearing when we read.

  • Hoodies
    • All three of us bookworms got this as a present and we absolutely love them. We make sure to size up because the bigger the better with us.
  • Sweatshirt
    • My littles know that I love BTS and I love books and purchased this sweatshirt for me and I absolutely love it. It is one of my go to sweatshirts when I am reading.
  • Tumbler
    • It doesn’t have to be a Stanley, but my cousins and I all have a Stanley in 40 oz and it may seem like A Lot of water but it keeps us hydrated when we get really into our books
  • Mugs
    • The littles were born in November and I got them both a bookish mug for their birthday. The older one got the one linked above and the littlest since she is in her Taylor Swift era got one inspired by her.
  • Claw Clip
    • We absolutely LOVE these when we read. The hair stays out of our faces and they are pretty comfortable.IF my
  • Fuzzy Socks
    • We get our fuzzy socks from Target because we are always cold and for us fuzzy socks are a must.
  • Warmies
    • We all have one of these, I have the sloth, the middle little has the avocado, and the little little has the pink llama. We warm them up and they sit on our lap or in our arms while we read. We are huge when it comes to cuddling with a stuffed animal while we read
  • Cushion
    • If your book worm is always on the floor like me this is perfect! This cushion is so comfy and soft and firm and supportive. It is my favorite cushion. If my littles are over, I don’t get to use it because they LOVE it.
  • Blankets
    • Blankets are perfection. I purchased a throw blanket for all three of us at Costco. I can’t remember which one I purchased but if you can go, we are all glued to our blankets.
  • Drinks
    • Aside from drinking water, we will also have a hot drink. I enjoy tea, middle little like coffee and tea and the little little like apple cider and tea.
  • Snacks
    • We personally love Pocky. It is so easy and delicious to eat.
  • Headphones
    • I love listening to audiobooks while I read, middle little loves listening to music while she reads and we both had our headphones. I have Sony my mom purchased these for me and I use them everyday. Middle little uses beats and she loves them.
