This might seem a bit cheesy BUT I do think it is important. I love making a GIANT poster and placing it on my wall. I placed 29 stickies with different tasks on it. Some may seem silly but I think it is a great way to start your day.

I think this is such a great reminder to make sure we take care of ourselves, not only mentally, but physically and emotionally as well. We should always remember our self worth, not matter how bad of a day we are having.
