Yoga/Doga
What is Doga?
- A hybrid between yoga with dogs
What are the benefits of Doga?
- Relaxation, Mental clarity and peace
- If you already do yoga, then you know how it can help bring you to a tranquil state of mind and relieve stress. You and your pet can enjoy these benefits together if you include your pup in pet yoga.
I love Doga. Not only do I get to spend more time with my pup but yoga has great benefits for both of us. Personally, I enjoy a calm and peaceful playlist and both of us enjoy the heater so, we make our area nice and toasty. Belle and I will do 10-20 minutes of Doga of this and we aim to do this once a day, usually in the morning but sometimes at night. If we go for twice a day we usually do 10 minutes right when we get up and once before bed. It all depends on how stressed we are.
