Love Yourself 2024: Day 11

Let’s go for a walk!

Waling is one of my favorite pass times when I get stressed, overwhelmed, brain fog or whatever it may be, walking helps me relax and breathe. Living in San Francisco, I feel like I have some of the most amazing places to walk. I know, I am 100% bias but I can’t help it.

One of my favorite places to walk is by the water. I go to Ocean Beach and walk along the water, if I am feeling crazy, I will go on the sand and walk. Usually, I am on the sidewalk and walk towards the Bisons in Golden Gate park because they are such a fun sight to see. They make me happy, the crashing waves keep me calm. It is so peaceful and gorgeous even though it is always freezing, I am able to clear my brain out and regain some of my sanity.

Walking has so many more benefits, and honestly, it feels so good just to get out and move. I like to listen to either a podcast, music or an audio book.
