Taking a Spa Day!

I don’t go to a spa, but I like to have a spa day in my home. I love pampering myself in the comfort of my home with products I know I won’t have an allergic reaction to.

Benefits of a Spa Day:

  • Reduce muscle tension
  • Reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression

I like to start my spa day with a nice hot shower with cinnamon incense. It is a cozy scent while in the shower and helps me relax. When I get out, I make sure to do my face routine.

After applying all this to my face, I moisturize my body with Native coconut and vanilla lotion because it is one of the only lotions that don’t cause me to break out in a rash. After the shower, I will either get into all of my heat massage products or lay on the bed in a heating pad and read a book.
