I was bummed that I missed Disney Channel Nite at Disneyland, that I had to plan an entire NIGHT to celebrate it at home. I ordered these adorable Disney Channel Night Keychains, which were the credentials that I dropped off to my cousins and aunts who RSVP’d to this MAGICAL night.
Food:
Of course I took A LOT of inspiration from the actual Disney Channel Nite Menu, but also put our own twist on it so it was everything that we all liked as well.
- Mickey Waffles – with a side of chocolate, caramel, ice cream and whipped cream
- Tsunami Dog – Chili Cheese Fry Hot Dog
- Loaded Dino Nuggies – Dino Chicken Niggies, French Fries, Bacon Bits and a ranch drizzle (optional sriracha drizzle)
- Naco – Tortilla strips, nacho cheese, ground hamburger in a flour tortilla (optional: avocado, sour cream, extra cheese, cilantro, salsa)
- Gummyberry Juice – Hawaiian Punch topped with whipped cream and gummy bears
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Croissant – chocolate chip cookies cooked in a croissant
Aside from the credentials everyone had to have to enter, we had glow sticks at the door and an outline of Mickey on the wall that had fairy lights so it would light up. Cute Disney stickers, like Lizzie McGuire, That’s So Raven, Kim Possible, Disney Channel Game Shirts, Suit Life, and so much more! I also had some themed cups and party decor. As for the entertainment, we decided to watch Wish, which was the BEST decision because it was such a cute movie with all the references; it was a great movie to start the night. We watched A LOT of DCOMs and shows; seeing how the little one reacted was fun because she had never seen them brought so much happiness.
Overall, it was such a fun night and I am glad I was able to share it with the family. Were you able to make it to Disney Channel Nite in Disneyland?
