The Thirteenth Year was released May 15, 1999. As a boy (Chez Starbuck) approaches adolescence he grows scales and fins, communicates with fish and breathes underwater.

Every Child’s dream is to be a mermaid or a man. Right? All except for me. I hated the water so much, but I loved this movie. If you are ready for a cheesy film, this is it! It is delightful.
