This movie hits deep. It talks about racism and how it happens no matter the age. I remember watching this as a child, not fully understanding why people were being mean to this child, but I understood it when my mom explained that people can be racist towards people. It was heartbreaking and eye-opening as a child to learn that not everyone in the world is friendly.
