Shrunken Potato Heads!
Potatoes I think are my favorite food, I can eat them in every way they are cooked. So this recipe is super simple, but can take a bit of time.
Ingredients:
Potatoes-
- Yellow Potatoes
- Oil/Butter (optional)
Toppings-
- Whatever you want!
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425º and line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
- With a sharp knife, carve faces into your potatoes

- Place the potatoes on the baking sheet and place it in the oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and start to shrivel
Once done, serve and add whatever toppings you would like to your shrunken potato head. I like to add cheese, bacon or steak, butter, salt and if I am feeling wild chives. My family likes sour cream, avocado, baked beans, hot dogs, chives, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, the possibilities are endless. I hope you enjoy this spooky and delicious treat.
