Affirmation/Positivity
I maybe should have posted this first, but it’s here now. One thing I think helps me have a better day and go out into the world in a more positive way is write something positive about me or the day or an affirmation. By the end of the day when life has taken it’s toll, and I go to clean up for the night I read one of the stickies I have left for myself on the mirror. So when I go to sleep, I am left with a positive thought and or affirmation. Plus, I am always left with most decorative bathroom mirror at the end of the month!
