Love Yourself 2025: Day 8

Declutter!

Decluttering is great for your mental health. It will help with stress, focus, self-esteem, lifestyle and well being. The goal with decluttering is NOT to aim for perfection but to get more of a clarity and sense of relaxation. I LOVE to declutter once a month, it always makes me feel so much better and a lot lighter as well. Overall less stressed and a happier person.

Today, we are doing my entire house. I have my Power Love Yourself Playlist playing on a speaker and I got down to business. The kitchen, the living room, dining room, art station. room, closets and of course bathroom. Not only was I able to get rid of A LOT of things in each area, but everything got a deep clean and now my house smell like lemons. I donated five bags of clothes, donated toys, tossed out expired food and everything now has a proper place and room to spare. I am really hoping that I don’t feel up all the spaces again. I may be tired but I feel so light and refreshed.
