Movie Night!!
Last movie night was my mom’s favorite movie and now it is time for one of mine!
Crazy Rich Asians
Rachel Chu is happy to accompany her longtime boyfriend, Nick, to his best friend’s wedding in Singapore. She’s also surprised to learn that Nick’s family is extremely wealthy and he’s considered one of the country’s most eligible bachelors. Thrust into the spotlight, Rachel must now contend with jealous socialites, quirky relatives and something far, far worse — Nick’s disapproving mother.
I think this is a FABULOUS movie. I always feel like I get through all of the emotions. Crazy Rich Asians also has one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE QUOTES EVER!!! “It was never my job to make you feel like a man. I can’t make you something you’re not” I think Astrid is a boss for this. The way she stayed calm with her ex and told him this was THE BEST SCENE EVER!! Astrid is who I want to be when I grow up.
We put our movie watching pj’s on, ordered Little Caesars Pizza, had our water to stay hydrated, a cute little puppy to snuggle with and blankets!

So many carbs and best believe we finished it all down to the last crumb! Yes, we were double cheese chunks today and that’s okay. Sometimes we just need to eat our feelings and watch a good movie. It was THE BEST!
