Journaling!
I don’t know about you, but I love to journal. Some days they are super extravagant spreads and sometimes they just have my thoughts for the day! Personally, for me I absolutely LOVE to have two pages for the day. One positive and one to get my frustrations out on. For me this helps because I sometimes just need to get things off of my chest and writing it down allows me to do that. There are days that I just have random thoughts, or write down everything good that happened. It all depends on the day.
Journaling is a good outlet for your mental health. It helps with:
- Stress Reduction
- Improved Emotional Regulation
- Enhanced Self Awareness and Critical Thinking
- Increased Problem Solving and Creativity
- Boosted Mood and Well-Being
- Promotes Self-Discipline and Goal Setting
I absolutely love it, because it can help me find a new perspective on problems I may have thought were HUGE but in. the end were very simple fixes. It isn’t for everyone but also know, you don’t have to be fancy with it, just write down what you are feeling. It may help.

“like a reborn cocoon, it is about to undergo a beautiful transformation. Yeah, right and wrong, black and white, just look at the balance in your heart (yeah). Evil thoughts hide behind the mask of kindness. After being destroyed, it turned into a pile of petrified stones and treated it as a glorious festival. Break it all into pieces today, you will never ever bring me (down)”
