Halfway to Halloween 2025: Day 6

Clothespin Bats!

I have been wanted to decorate the inside of my house with adorable little bats and I found the PERFECT craft to do so, thanks to One Little Project. So, let’s get started!

What you need:

The middle bat worked the best from the template, they are slightly different sizes but I liked how the middles one looked the best.

What to do:

  1. Cut out your bats on the black cardstock, and cut off the heads. Once they are cut out, cut them in half.
  2. Line the wings to the sides of the clothespin and glue them down.
  3. Add your eyes to the opposite side of the clothespin and gluing them down as well.
  4. You should be left with an adorable little bat clothespin that you can still open and close

It is super simple and so adorable. I have fishing wire around my house to attach them to and they look so cute with their little red eyes. I hope you had as much fun as I did making them.
