Hallow Screams will only be on select nights, and you may even be lucky and the show will be accompanied by the Disneyland Fireworks that make it even more magical.

This interactive show will temporarily replace Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live during the fall season, ringing in the spirit of spooky without any real scares. Guests will even get to take something home…A treat not a ghost.
Food and Drink:
Of course there will be spooky treats around the park. There will be returning items like the Oogie Boogie Lemonade and new items like the jalapeno-cream cheese bread. Don’t worry we will report back on all of the wickedly deliciousness when Disney releases the Foodie Guide.

I am so excited to see this years collection of Mickey Mouse Family Halloween Collection. More info about this collection will be released a bit later. So stayed tuned if you are a merch ghoulie like I am.

Halloween Fun at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort:
Of course the Hotels could NOT be left out. These are some of my favorite places to visit aside from the Parks. Here is what you can expect to get even more chilling fun.
- Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates Halloween and Mickey’s Autumn Adventures at Storytellers Cafe
- Overnight Guests at the three hotels (Disneyland, Pixar and Grand Californian) can enjoy special perks such as treat trails on selct afternoons and the option to purchase a Halloween-themed in-room celebration. It will include festively themed amenities and decoration.
- Disney California Grand will have its spooky confectionery display and chilling treats to eat in the lobby and they will also offer Halloween-inspired treatments at Tenaya Stone Spa.
Plaza de la Familia:
Plaza de la Familia makes it’s return to DCA starting Aug. 22 through Nov. 2, 2025. This heartfelt celebration at Paradise Gardens Park is inspired by Dia de los Muertos. It will feature entertainment from the “Storyteller fo Plaza de la Familia Celebrate the Musical World of Coco.
Here you can find delicious Mexican cuisine, crafts, and a special photo opportunity with a hand-animated figure of Miguel. Plus, guests can continue a tradition of visiting the Mexican Arbol de la Vida also known as the Tree of Life, adding a note of remembrance to the memory wall. This has to be my favorite part of Plaza de la Familia and it never fails because I will cry so hard when putting a remembrance on the Arbol de la Vida.
Keep a lookout because in early September, the new Disney Pixar Coco Collection will introduce new apparel, accessories, headwear and more inpired by the film.
Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration:
It is the 70th Anniversary meets Fall as the Resort continues to celebrate its 70th anniversary during the spooky season, we will still get to see Paint the Night Parade, World of Color Happiness, Tapestry of Happiness projection on Toy Story Midway Mania. There will be areas around the resort that will retain special touches including decorative accents and the colorful castle photo opportunity in the esplanade and of course the Key to Disneyland lock stations will remain available.
Are you excited for spooky season to arrive? I know I am!
