Book Shopping!

I love to shop for books and even though I read ebooks, going into the bookstores are still fun. This time, my little cousin wanted to go book shopping with me. So we got ready and I picked her up for a full day of books.

Our first stop was at Barnes and Noble. Although my little bug is young she reads above her grade level so book shopping with her was interesting. We bounced all around the aisle because she would want books like the Hunger Game down to Captain Underpants. She has immaculate taste and I love that she doesn’t limit herself. She truly goes for what she wants.

The next stop was Kinokuniya, because like me we love to read manga. The series that she is currently reading is Mashle: Magic and mUscles. We found a couple of copies and yes, her parents approved. As she likes to say she watches The Avengers, The Office and Friends, this si nothing.

The next stop we did was our other Barnes and Noble where she found another volume of Captain Underpants. Overall, we had a successful book buying day. We purchased the first 5 volumes of Captain Underpants, the first 5 volumes of Mashle and milk tea and candy to keep us going. I love hanging out my little bug, listening to her stories and seeing how much she has become such a great little human.
