Alamat is a Filipino boy band who underwent months of training after they were formed in 2020 through Viva Records’ PWEDE! The National Boyband Search.

The group consists of six members: Taneo, Mo, Jao, Tomás, R-Ji and Alas. They made their debut as a group February 14, 2021 with their single Kbye.

ALAMAT held their first-ever solo “Dagundong: Alamat First Solo Concert” at the New Frontier Theater on December 1, 2023. ALAMAT features Filipino music differently by releasing songs that are heavily influenced by the country’s cultures and traditions, sometimes singing in a variety of local languages like Tagalog, Ilocano, Kapampangan, Cebuano, Hiligaynon, and Waray-Waray.
