It is Christmas updates in July for the 2025 Holiday Season!
The Holiday season will take over the Walt Disney World Resort starting November 14 through December 31, 2025. Here is what we know so far!
Magic Kingdom:
- Frozen Holiday Surprise
- Olaf and his Frozen friends from Arendelle as they take over Cinderella Castle with garlands, ornaments, wreaths and more during the Frozen Holiday Surprise. Anna, Krostoff and a magical moment with Elsa who will transform the Castle into a shimmering crystalized palace.
- Holiday Decor
- Magic Kingdom is home to some of the most iconic holiday picture spots. Guests will find Jolly Holiday trimmings and touches along Main Street USA and throughout the park making it a bit more magical for the Holiday season.
- Jingle Cruise
- Jingle Cruise will make it’s return in 2025. THe skipers have decorated the loading area with plenty of lights, sights and sounds for the holidays, but the fun doesn’t stop there so keep your eyes open because you will never know what shenanigans you may run into on your journey.
EPCOT:
- Festival of the Holidays
- Travel around the world from November 28 through December 30, 2025 for special seasonal offerings and good times at the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.
- JOYFUL! Celebration of the Season in ComminiCore Plaza
- Will feature a combination of classic songs and updated arrangements with vocalists, while the Voices of Liberty as Dickens Carolers can be found inside The American Adventure Pavilion with holiday tunes.
- Candlelight Processional at the American Gardens Theatre
- The retelling of the nativity story is held nightly at 5 pm, 6 pm, and 8:15 pm with a runtime of approximately 50 minutes. Celebrity narrators bringing the story of Christmas to life onstage, seating is first come, first served and often fills up fast.
- Holiday Storytellers Around World Showcase
- Mexico Pavilion – Las Posadas Celebration
- Norway Pavilion – A Mischievous Magical Barn Santa
- China Pavilion – Chinese Lion Dancer
- Italy Pavilion – La Befana
- Japan Pavilion – Daruma Storyteller
- Between the Morocco and France Pavilions – Hanukkah Storyteller
- France Pavilion – Père Noël
- United Kingdom Pavilion – Father Christmas
- Canada Pavilion – Canadian Holiday Voyageurs
- Holiday Foods Across EPCOT
- Holiday Kitchens across EPCOT are making a return for Festival of the Holidays with heartwarming recipes and festival flavors from around the world. (Stay tuned for the Holiday foodie guide)
- Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt
- Olaf is sending guests on a journey around World Showcase to locate him in 13 different spots throughout EPCOT. Find 13 holiday traditions that Olaf has discovered in every pavilion before visiting Creations Shop or World Traveler at International Gateway to redeem a special holiday prize.
- Living with the Land
- Living with the Land will get transformed during the holiday season, with sparkling Christmas lights and dazzlign decor. Relax on this educational tour through a glittering greenhouse.
Hollywood Studios:
- Sunset Seasons Greetings
- As night falls, experience the return of Sunset Seasons Greetings with nightly projections. Get ready to play the music and light the lights each evening, as holiday magic transforms the famous Hollywood Tower Hotel into a Muppets gingerbread masterpiece, Toy Story toy hotel, a snowy corner of Arendelle and a Dickensian village from Mickey’s Christmas Carol.
- For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
- As the Royal Historians of Arendelle recount the frosty story of their enchanted kingdom, watch closely as thrilling moments from the movie play on-screen and cheeer as Anna, Else and Kristoff appear to sing along with the audience.
- Dressed for the Season
- Guest can find their favorite characters dressed in their Holiday best this season. Make sure to stop by and snap a pic because you wont want to miss these magical moments
- Minnie’s Holiday Dine
- Joine Minnie Mouse and Friends at Hollywood and Vine for festive music, decor and tantalizing menu items plus Disney Characters perfectly dressed for the season.
- Oven roasted herbed chicken
- Carved beef tenderloin
- Seared salmon
- spiced rubbed pork loin
- plant based mushroom-farro risotto
- Seasonal bread pudding
- Mississippi mud pie and more!
- Joine Minnie Mouse and Friends at Hollywood and Vine for festive music, decor and tantalizing menu items plus Disney Characters perfectly dressed for the season.
Animal Kingdom:
- Merry Menagerie Around Discovery Island
- Artisan-sculpted puppets of artic animals will come to like around Discovery Island during the Merry Menagerie.
- Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition
- As the majestic centerpiece to the park comes to life on nights when the park is open after dark in Discovery Island.
Disney Springs:
- Find all of your classic Disney merchandise, souvenirs and trens from some of the world’s most popular brands during the holidays. If you get hungry there are some world-class restaurants, casual eateries, family-friendly activities, live entertainment and unforgettable late-night fun for adults.
- Snowfall and Christmas Tree Stroll
- Discover a collection of extravagantly decorated Christmas trees throughout Disney Springs including trees inspired by Disney, Pixar and Star Wars. Plus, materializing once again is the Haunted Mansion inspired tree featuring musical instruments, candlesticks and more!
- Sip and Snack Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar
- Indiana Jones and his easygoing pilot Jock Lindsey stumbled on Disney Springs in 1938 while chasing down a mythology-based trip in centeral Florida. Before long, this home base became a popular stopover and watering hold for wrold travelers and locals alike, full of dusty mementos of glorious holidays gone by,
- Live Music
- On select nights, guests may be able to listen to a rotating lineup of regional and local bands play live tunes at the Waterside Stage
- Santa Claus
- Santa Claus will also stop by each of the four theme parks across Walt Disney World to meet guests on the nice list this holiday season including Disney Springs until December 24.
I don’t know about you, but I am so excited for the Holidays. I think this is my favorite time of year, you get a bit spooky, cozy and end it very Merry!
