Chai Spiced Muffin
It is time to get cozy and bake some delicious Chai Spiced Muffins!
Ingredients:
- 2 C flour
- 1 C granulated sugar
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 Tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 Tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 Tsp black peper
- 1 C buttermilk
- 1/2 C butter (melted)
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF and line a muffin tin with paper liners. Set aside.
- In a large bowl mix together your dry ingredients. Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and all spices.
- In another bowl mix together your wet ingredients. Buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Make sure you don’t over mix.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin filling each cup up less than halfway.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool and ENJOY!
