Lets Decorate: Porch

I have been planning this theme for over a year now, and I am so excited to see it come to life. This years theme is Monsters through the year. I am starting with the classics and moving to the more modern day monsters.

Frankensteins Monsters will start the era of the classic monsters. He will be our animatronic for the classic monsters. As we move for towards present day monsters you will see Jasons mask, Freddy’s hat and glove, the invisible mans glasses, Michaels knife, a bust of The creature of the Black Lagoon. We move into Pennywise’s red balloon, Chucky doll, Sam’s lollipop, a tricycle for Art the Clown. I have a little bit of everyone who makes an appearance in one way or another.

I put black tarp from everywhere so the porch looks so dark. I hung black creepy cloth over and purple fairy lights. This year there are neon fill ins like blow molds, hanging poster things and spot lights to help brighten up the area and make it pop. The spooky playlist for the porch is everyones soundtrack on a loop. It is one of my favorites and to be honest one of the less scary themes.
