My Favorite Clowns!
I absolutely love clowns…let’s rephrase that, I love CREEPY clowns. I know what you are thinking, Dezi, really? Creepy clowns? YES! This is because I know they want to murder me. They wear their murderous heart on their sleeves. These are my top five favorite clowns.
The Clown Doll – Poltergeist
- This clown actually terrified me when I was younger and still gives me the creeps to this day. He moves silently and swiftly and I absolutely LOVE him.
The Clowns – Killer Klowns from Outer Space
- Killer Klowns is such a comedic movie (at least to me) and I love the uniqueness they bring to their murders. I think they are adorable.
Zeebo – Are You Afraid of the Dark? (Ep.2)
- Zeebo didn’t scare me like the clown doll in Poltergeist, but he wasn’t funny like the Killer Klowns, but he was very interesting to me. He made me nervous when I was younger and first saw him.
Pennywise – IT
- Pennywise, Pennywise, Pennywise. He is the evil spirits of Dairy in my eyes that takes the form of a clown. Pennywise likes to torture his victim’s to the point they wish that they would die. He is creepy, but also entertaining (in both movies) due to the tactics that he uses, its very unique.
Twisty – American Horror Story
- The only reason I watched AHS, was because of Twisty. I feel bad for him, he was just a misunderstood clown who really did want the best for the kids, but someone decided to give him a bad reputation.
These are my top five favorite clowns, and I have to say the first horror clown I have ever had an interaction with was the clown doll from Poltergeist. It was one of the first movies I watched and probably needed to be older when I watched it but, that’s okay, I have a lot of fun memories with my Grandma.
