Haunted House Competiton!

Welcome foolish mortals to the Cousin Haunted House Competition 2025! Yes, last night we put on our spooly jammies, scary movies and competed to see which cousin is the spookiest and will get the golden garlic! (which we might actually have to make a thing for next year…)

The cousins gathered at my house last night and we had on the scary movies and got everything set up. The houses, the extra candy, the hot glue gun! Which excitingly we have officially upgraded our glue gun game because we now have a wireless hot glue gun which is a HUGE game changer. We still have the OG’s that you plug into the wall BUT let me tell you, the new one is so cool and we have a lot less frosting on it. If you are a crafter, this is a total game changer.

This year we had a theme which was Twilight. We all picked out a scene and I got the birth scene which was so much fun and so gory! We absolutely made a mess especially the oldest, who had the Alice’s vision when everyone dies and let me tell you, she was ridiculous and so spot on that hse ended up winning and her’s took the least amount of time and so much GLITTER! In Twilight the vampires sparkle.

We had so much fun and might be picking out a theme for our gingerbread competition but we will see how it goes.
