Pumpkin Banana Pup Cookies
My little absolutely loves pumpkin and banana, so we are making her some pumpkin banana cookies. Let’s get started.
Ingredients:
- 100% Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Banana
- Flour
Make sure to preheat your oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment and set it aside.
What to do:
- Mash a little more than half of the banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Add three scoops of pumpkin puree to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add in the flour until a dough forms. It should be soft but not sticky. If it is too wet, add more flour. Too dry and a little water or pumpkin.
- Scoop the dough into small amounts of dough balls, place them on your lined baking sheet and slightly flatten them.
- Bake them for 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden brown
You can cut the extra banana and place on top of the cookie before cooking, after cooking or just mash the entire thing up. I Also like to add a bit of peanut butter or honey as a drizzle because why not? Or you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top before baking or mix it in with the dough.
