It is Winterween day 4 but I am combing both day three and four in one post.

The last update I was reading Love At The Gates of Hell which is 387 pages and took me a while to finish due to its length. Over all I really enjoyed this book, I think because of two characters Gideon and Benny I gave this book 4 stars. Gideon was on the page his grumpiness brought me so much happiness and I absolutely LOVED how quick witted and sassy Benny was. Oh my goodness. I love anyone who has a quick-witted and sassy attitude which is why this boo stood out for me as a four star rating. I will also continue the series, hopefully finish it but we will see.

My next read was Let the Right One In. This was for the prompt read a book about vampires. This one is so far my longest read of the year and it took me A day and a half to finish it. I read it physically and of course put it on audio it was 479 pages and I never put it down. I really did enjoy it, but I am giving it a 3.5 star rating. It was different vampire novel than I thought but not in a bad way. I truly enjoyed every moment of it. There was a lot of world building and as much as I do enjoy work building for me personally, I thought it was a bit too much and I just wanted more of the characters. Again, such a great book and would recommend if you enjoy vampire books and highly recommend if you love world building.

My last and final prompt is going to be ‘read a book release from 2025 that you never got to’ and for that choice I am going with The Vanishing Cherry Blossom Bookstore.
