I absolutely LOVE Love Yourself because it reminds me to slow things down and take time to appreciate not only the things around me, but ME! So let’s get ready for a month long challenge of learning how to love yourself while discovering new interest and hobbies? hopefully!

- Read a book with water or a beverage on the cover

- Read a book about food, with food on the cover or food in the title. (i.e I want to die but I want to eat tteokbokki, Crying in H-Mart or Delicious in Dungeon)

- Read a book you have been eyeing!
- Be in Nature
- GO OUTSIDE! Read a book out in the wild. It can be at a park, on your porch, at the beach, on a walk, wherever you want out in the wild.
