Hydration!

hydration is something I am really bad at. I do not drink a lot of water and usually end up in the hospital due to it. It is not something I recommend because it is very damaging.

The brain is roughly 75% water, and even mild dehydration can impair cognitive function, reduce energy, and destabilize mood. Proper hydration can help with: Improved Mood and Reduced Anxiety, Cognitive Function and Focus, Neurotransmitter Regulation, Energy Levels, and Stress Management. Water alleviates the body stress and as we know we have enough stress in our daily lives and if you are like me, we don’t want to add any more.

If you struggle with hydration, buy a new cup. This is not a fix all answer but while the cup is shiny and new you tend to drink more. Well at least for me. I love showing off my new cup which means I drink more because I want to always hold it. Another way is flavoring your water. This helps because in my opinion it tastes better and like a treat.

I carry these ALL THE TIME! They are in my every bag, they are in my dog’s bag, they are in the cars at my desk. I rotate which ones I use so I don’t get tired of them. I would recommend them or another brand these are just the ones I enjoy. Staying hydrated is another way to show love to you and your body.
