Walking!

Walking is great for mental health and health in general. Walking reduces stress hormones while boosting endorphins. Regularly walking helps blood flow to your brain enhancing your cognitive function and alertness.

I am lucky to live in a place that has a lot of beautiful sceneries which makes walking so much more fun and relaxing. I get lost in the calmness of nature and of course a book that I keep walking until my stomach starts to growl. Or it gets way too cold and I have to pee every two seconds. I love walking by the water and listening to the waves, but I also love walking in the trees and the calmness from them.
