Vernon Foodie Day!

Vernon likes cheeseburgers but we made some yesterday so today we will move onto desserts. He enjoys chocolate and cake so today we will be making chocolate cake! I don’t know about you BUT I absolutely LOVE frosting so for my cake I will be adding A LOT.

Today, I will be using Betty Corcker’s Super Moist Chocolate Fudge Mix. It is one of my favorites and I follow it according to the directions on the box. As for the frosting, I love my moms chocolate frosting so I asked her to whip me up a GINAT bowl of it for the cake and thankfully, she loves me enough to do so.

Once the cake was done, I waited it to cool a bit before I started to assemble it. A nice thick layer of frosting in the middle and a thick coat around, you honestly need a lot of milk because of the richness. This is my heaven chocolate cake. It is so delicious. I grabbed a slice and sat my booty on the couch with my pup and we watched more episodes of In The Soop. Do you like chocolate cake?
