runDisney: Inaugural Disneyland Paris Half Marathon Weekend

runDisney back in 2015 announced that Disneyland Paris would have their first ever Half Marathon weekend, and with this, I knew I needed to attend on two accounts; 1. I love being apart of anything Inaugural and 2. I wanted to visit Disneyland Paris Resort. The entire process was so much different than regular runDisney events where you sign up online, for Disneyland Paris however you had to call a number and wait on hold (forever) until someone answered the phone. Now, this was over 24 hours process before getting through. Now, once you get through you give the person your email address and he explains how you fill out the form. They also said the sooner you fill it out, the sooner you hear back from them.

I knew that my cousins and aunts wanted to do it so I filled out three rooms, who was staying in what room, and how many people would be participating in the events. Once the form was submitted, I had to wait for a phone call back to confirm our plans. That took another 24 hours before I heard anything again. At this time I was set on three rooms: Aunt, Cousins and my mom and I. When I confirmed I received an email of confirmation and the process was finally over.
