Running Universal put together their first-ever inaugural virtual race, and I was a little skeptical about it. My initial thought that they had leftover medals. So I signed up hoping it would be like runDisney and have two different medals. Unfortunately, my speculations were correct, and they handed out the same medal from the in-park 5k along with the same pin, and bag. The only thing that said virtual was the card that came with it even though it had the same dates as the in-park race.
