The Main Street Electrical Parade is back at the Disneyland Resort for a limited time (August 2-September 30, 2019) and like the last time it came back there is an MSEP popcorn bucket which you can refill for $1.50 only on the day of purchase, and you will need to show the receipt in order to get your refill.
