Walt Disney World announced a Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Pass, and it will allow guests to attend 35 our of the 36 parties excluding Halloween Day. Guests who purchase the pass are still allowed access to sold-out parties. For guests 10 and up the pass is $299 plus tax and $289 for guests three-nine years old.
