Harry Potter Pumkin Pasties
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Can pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp all spice
- 2 Tbsp sugar or granulated sugar
- 1 Package pie dough
- Flour dusting
- 1 Egg slightly beaten (wash)
Instructions:
- Thaw pie dough in fridge (over night)
- Pre-heat oven to 400º and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Mix pumpkin puree with butter in a bowl
- Add in cinnamon, pie seasoning, all spice, sugar and set aside
- Dust surface and roll out pie crust to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4 inch circles
- Spoon about half a teaspoon of the pumpkin puree mixture on dough and fold over creating half-moons. Crimp the edges
- Brush each with the egg wash
- Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly golden
