Harry Potter Pumkin Pasties


  • 1/2 Can pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp all spice
  • 2 Tbsp sugar or granulated sugar
  • 1 Package pie dough
  • Flour dusting
  • 1 Egg slightly beaten (wash)


  • Thaw pie dough in fridge (over night)
  • Pre-heat oven to 400º and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix pumpkin puree with butter in a bowl
  • Add in cinnamon, pie seasoning, all spice, sugar and set aside
  • Dust surface and roll out pie crust to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4 inch circles
  • Spoon about half a teaspoon of the pumpkin puree mixture on dough and fold over creating half-moons. Crimp the edges
  • Brush each with the egg wash
  • Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly golden
  • Enjoy
