Coconut Gingerbread Latte


  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • 1/2 Tsp organic fresh ginger
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Low fat whipped cream (optional)


  • Om a bowl pit in two spoon fulls of coconut milk
  • In a sauce pan add the rest of your coconut milk on a low heat
  • Add the fresh ginger, ground cinnamon and stir for 2-3 minutes
  • Remove mixture and set aside
  • Using a Folk mix the two spoon full of coconut milk until whipped
  • In a small bowl strain some of the latte mixture
  • Add in a bit of the whipped coconut milk
  • Top with the whipped cream and sprinkle some cinnamon
  • Serve!
