Walt Disney World is changing the game with MagicBand+. Disney will launch their new product this summer. MagicBand+ will not only allow guests to enter the park, and their rooms, make purchases, and, of course, capture special moments with Disney PhotoPass BUT so much more! It will bring sculptures to life and allow interaction on the “Disney Fab 50 Quest.” Plus, the mobile app will track which sculptures you’ve found. Do you like Star Wars? The MagicBand+ invites you to join the “Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters” experience. You will be on the hunt to find numerous virtual bounties hidden through Black Spire Outpost. Don’t worry. You can’t get lost on your quest because the MagicBand+ will be your guide by vibrating and lighting the way.

The fun doesn’t stop there. MagicBand+ will interact while you watch the nighttime spectacular. It will complement the magic in the skies by lighting up like a light stick at a concert. If you didn’t think it couldn’t get any more magical, try saying, “Hey, Disney.” MagicBand+ is programmed similar to Alexa. It can tell you the weather, set a timer, alarms, and more! The magical part is getting answers from 25 characters, including Mickey Mouse, Olaf, Rocket and Groot, Princess Tiana, and more. When staying on Disney property, you can say “Hey Disney” to learn helpful information, get room amenities, etc. Want to know when the next bus leaves for your favorite park? Ask “Hey Disney,” and a character will let you know, or maybe you need more towels for your room, say “Hey Disney,” and notify the hotel.
