Merry Christmas Eve!

It is Christmas eve night and I have prepared everything for tomorrows breakfast, lunch and dinner. I honestly make a lot of food so that we can eat throughout the day because food is delicious and should not be limited to just one meal a day. Strange BUT it’s what I like to do in my household.

Here is what is on the menu:

• Jalapeño Mac and Cheese
• Chicken Rojas Sandwich
• Tamales
• Lumpia

It is a massive randomness of food, because I am a random person. I absolutely love these foods and I had not made the Mac and Cheese and Chicken Rojas Sandwich in a good minute so I am so excited to make them again.
