Warmies!

I am a HUGE fan of weighted blankets and plushies, but I was recently given a sloth. Not just any sloth, a weighted and HEATED sloth. Let me tell you, he is the PERFECT cuddle buddy, and yes, my pup and I fight over who is going to cuddle the Suga, the sloth. I think this is a fantastic invention. He is a warm hug.

Warmies is the brand that my friend purchased my little Suga from, and they have various animals to choose from. These aren’t super heavy, but they have a slight weight, and the heat makes up for it. If you didn’t know if you suffer from anxiety (like me and my pup), putting some weight on helps produce a sense of calm. Everyone is different, and so is their anxiety, so something weighted might not help you, but that’s okay. There are so many other ways to help with anxiety. This is just one of the ways that comfort me through my anxiety. I hope warmies bring you some comfort if you decide to try them.
