The Rose!

Yesterday, I hung out with friends and we attended The Rose Concert in San Jose and oh my gawd! We met so many more friends before the concert.

The Rose, is one of my favorite if not my favorite bands. Their music just hit different especially since my uncle passed away and the boys will be taking a hiatus, I actually shed tears at a concert. I missed my uncle, they are my comfort music and it felt like I was losing everything all at once. I know they say this isn’t goodbye and I am truly happy they are going to take a break that they deserve because they honestly deserve it.

The concert was even more emotional but such an amazing time and I am so thankful I was with friends who I love and rust and DANG!! Their music just hits so good. I am so excited for their new album and for their hiatus. We did win VIP tickets so we got a walk though high five thing, and oh my gawd they are even more stunning up close and personal! I did poke their hands because I am such a weirdo but am thankful I was able to tell them ‘thank you’ and although I couldn’t tell them why it felt nice.

I know they won’t read my mess of a blog, Thank you, for all your hard work, the raw emotions and not being afraid of being you. Thank you for the memories and the music. You are such a comfort and such amazing people and I wish you all the best.
