The Jurassic Cafe has a new look, and a selection of Costa Rican themed cuisine inspired by the movie.

Menu:

• Sweet corn cakes with slow roasted mojo pork or spicy mojo jackfruit
• Citrus glazed chicken
• Fresh roasted red snapper and the Isla burger
• Chorizo and potato empanadas
• Crispy lettuce leaf rolls with shrimp
• Tropical fruit salads
• Pomegranate guacamole served with plantain chips

All entrées will include fresh green papaya salad and traditional rice and beans.
