Favorite Theme Park For Halloween
Over the years, I have been to a couple of theme parks for the Halloween season, but I have to say I do have my favorites and my least favorites. Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, and Great America.
- Disneyland- Oogie Boogie Bash
- Universal Studios Hollywood- Halloween Horror Nights
- Six Flags Discovery Kingdom- Fright Fest
- Great America’s Halloween Haunt
I’ve been to Halloween Haunt so many times, and I think it has gone downhill. Fright Fest was a lot of fun, and I can see myself going back, but I also think I don’t need an entire day/night there. It could be a fluke because there was a fire and no one showed up because we got the park done under two hours. Halloween Horror Nights was a lot of fun, aside from the escalators, but we enjoyed the shows, the houses, the atmosphere, and of course, all the themed food. Guests were also dressed up, so that was exciting to see their outfits for the nights. Last but certainly not least, Disneyland. Disneyland is where it is at for me because you can trick or treat. Although there is nothing scary in the park, everyone is so friendly, and their treat trails are amazing. They have specialty foods, tons of trick or treating, and the rides are all available. SO for scary wise Halloween Horror Night and the treats Disneyland.
My cousins and I are planning to go to Knott’s Scary Farm and The Winchester Mystery House for Halloween next year.
