Disney announced that the Blue Bayou announced they would be opening after the theme parks re-open (a date soon to come). When they open, they will open up with new additions that will complement the menu. Wine, Beer, and specialty Hurricane Cocktail-A, New Orleans Staple, will be added to their menu.
